This collection of paintings was created in Spring & Summer 2015.  I began using a grid as a base and then installed layers of paint on top.  These were all painted on canvas or masonite and are large scale.  As i progressed the series began to be more about the spaces between the grids instead of the lines themselves.  There is a depth to these works that brings the eye not only across a layered surface but inward to the emergence of hundreds of smaller paintings within the whole.
